I recon it will be patchable. I patched from OTT to closed beta, but this time I'm going to do a clean install, as im not sure if the patch from OTT to beta, carried over some issues with Blueprints, so I want to do a clean install. However, I have a relatively fast internet connection, so its not really a problem for me.
