I have checked your support ticket and I can see that you have received responses but there was a delayed response at one point for 13 days in which Customer Support have apologised for. The support ticket will automatically close after 4 days if Customer Support have replied to you and you do not reply back within those 4 days.
As I have mentioned previously in other threads, we can understand your frustration. Unfortunately there are still ongoing issues which are still being investigated, however we have no further updates to provide at this time and we can only advise you to keep checking the known issues list for updates on those issues.
I'm tried to subscribe every day. All positions: Google/Firefox/Edge - Credit Card/Paypal - launcher/online store. Any combination - "You are in a wrong store" - all I got. They automatically closed my ticket. Simply - I do not know, what to question more from this chatbot.
So free trial is about to end, no extra month. What do you think - will I subscribe even when all issues will be solved? Definitely - no.
4 days left and still nothing, no service fix, no extra month for those are trying everyday either subscribe or play despite being active, nothing. Ignorance and silence at its best. And they await some of us to pay 14,99$ for this. I think I am gonna return in November if I return at all. Ubisoft dropped harder than a bass beat. They damaged their image, how am I gonna entrust them with my money after this? They are acting like they do not want them at all. OMG!
i also had 404 error for 5 days from 3rd September till 8th Septenber. Tried many different cards, different addresses, Uplay client, browsers, etc. Only on September 8th it worked. So i lost 5 days.
Wrote to Ubi support. They answer every day how they understand me, but they still doesn't have a solution. No extra month, no extra 5 days, nothing.

i saw other posts where they said they were not gonna give extensions. well Ubi you guys ****ing blew it i was gonna subscribe if i had access to try the service. No extension on the trial then im not wasting $15 a month on a ****ty service that doesn't work. I mont gonna give you guys money for breakpoint either. **** you ub, im done with this service.
