hi, i'm having trouble running the game. When I turn it on, the game does not start, but it shows me in the task manager that GRW.exe is enabled. I am asking for quick help.

Hey itsarcticdude. Apologies for the delay in response. Are you still having trouble getting your game to start? If so, please check to make sure you don't have any firewall or anti-virus protection services that could be keeping the game from running. Please also go ahead and verify your game files. If that does not help, try reinstalling the game.

Im having the same issue as itsarcticdude.

I subscribed to Uplay+ and downloaded the game. When I try to play it, it wont launch. Its present in Task Manager but nothing happens.

I have disabled firewalls and antiviruses and have verified the game files with no success. I have also re-downloaded the game, it still wont launch.

Please help.
