Highlander 600ms Light is alright in defensive stance, since it is usable for baiting to offence stance, Crushing Counter and Chain to Hyper armor.
Highlander offence stance light is 400ms. If you have Defensive stance light for 500ms and offensive light for 400ms, people will be complaining saying that Highlander is Overpowered.
Disagree... highlander defense lights are fine. Maybe buff dmg to 20 instead of 15 and his crushing counter to 35 instead of 30 to equal out massive risk vs reward while granting a full stamina regen for doing so? Then his celtic curse needs a slight dmg buff so it better trades and maybe speed it up so both spins to 500ms while making it undodgeable to help catch roll aways far better and maybe also buffing the start up of the move itself to enhance it vs roll aways even further. Then buff offense stance kick to grab or any cancel into grab and give it armor so it can't lose to dodge attacks and better trade with his opponent. And make his offense stance baylor into kick better track dodges as it's intended to because you can easily dodge both simultaneously on reaction and if he goes for 3rd cancel grab you can roll away beating all 3 cancels.
