Evening,

this must be a bug, sneaked in with the latest patch. Not sure. However, every rope and the tapes around the raiders hand are colored now. Since the most colors are in high saturation, e.g. bright blue, ultrashiny red, and eyeburning turquoise from hell (if there would be turquoise in hell, it would look like this) it looks like plastic now. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

Attention: Please put on some sunglasses before viewing

Just went through the colors again, trying to search for a darker color, which will make him look less like a plastik toy - and found, that one:



That makes it really hard, not to laugh. Now you can make your Raider look like a 80s lunchbox! Thats what we all have been waiting for. Congratulations.

Its incredible how bad this game became in case of art direction. Actually, any criticism is in vain.

I made a suggestion and feedback thread as well regarding the viking gear and how unrealistic they look. They took the Conan the barbarian look and not the proper scandinavian look.
I mean how can a game like mount and blade / Ancestors Legacy get it and even a japanese anime like Vinland Saga is more true to the norse stories than the viking in for honor right now.
