Game is Crashing !!! (After 12-09-2019 maintenance)

For Honor crashes after 'Press Any Key' Screen.
'Connecting server' loading screen shows up briefly but after 3-5 seconds the game crashes.

The game was running just fine before the update. Please fix this issue asap.
My processor is old but with that I have almost 900 hours of playtime in For Honor. This issue must be something at your end.
I have already experienced multiple startup issues after patches/updates before this. Most recent one was after the Vortiger launch update. I had to wait for like 4 weeks before it was fixed. Hope it doesn't take that long this time.

    PC Config:
    Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600)
    Motherboard: Gigabyte G31M-ES2C
    Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.9GHz
    RAM: 3072MB RAM
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 2GB ddr3

I know that our team has been looking into crash reports from users of older hardware. I hope that they will be able to resolve this issue. It's very important to note that the hardware you described is well below the minimum requirements in GPU, CPU and RAM, so I don't know of any troubleshooting that will immediately resolve the issue outside of upgrading hardware.

Yes.. I know that but the game is still playable at the lowest settings. Like I said, the game worked just fine before the update. Please release the fix patch asap.

    Problems everywhere, as usual.

Hello, i have an old hardware too, and if it wasn't because of the SSE4.2 problem we had months ago, the old hardware does not complicate the game startup/loading/playability, etc... so please Staff, don't use the stupid excuse of "You have old hardware and..." No. The problems here are beyond that, the game worked fine since the launch date on any old hardware, the big problem in this game is the stupid E.A.C anti cheat system, every single update it have, *the old hardware* people have problems, because they do things at 50% and release updates, always the same... all the games that uses E.A.C anti cheat have the same problems at the same date, in this case 12/09/19.
The crash after the update is now related to S.O files, since the update i get constant crash when connecting to servers after EAC process start working, the message (that is quite fast) is "untrusted system file ----------" in my case uitheme.dll that i already reset to factory in windows and guess what... now it crashes in the same spot without any message, so the problem does persist. I don't understand how every single update they have the same stupid problem, this is annoying, back when SSE 4.2 problem appear we spend 49 days without being able to opening the game and some of us (including me) even more, around 2 months and a half.
Other companies like Konami or Square Enix fix the problem in 24-48hs while you guys took more than a hundred of "dxdiag" information to spend almost 2 months fixing a problem other people fix in 48hs max, and this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Sorry if my english isn't the best, i don't speak english natively.

    Idem.

The game ran fine but brake after almost every update they made, lately. And if a patch is provided, it's after months. It's a pain.

Game not start after update. Again.

After the update, the game began to crash at the stage of connecting to the servers. Yes, I saw that people have already written on the forums and answered them.
But I am interested in such a question.
Last time, Ubisoft solved this problem for more than two months (!). And we are nearing an event, ONLY during which it will be possible to knock out unique equipment for your characters.
I think it would be fair if the players who can’t play in this period (And we can’t play because of Ubisoft, because everything worked fine before), unlocked this equipment during the event the way we knocked it out.
Because I personally have no desire NOT to receive content that I CAN’t get due to the actions of Ubisoft.

And this, in principle, cannot be a problem for developers, because it is logical that you have FULL access to files and you can do anything with them.

    Hello everyone,

While it can be possible for our games to run on older hardware, we cannot guarantee that our games will work as intended if the hardware in use does not meet the minimum requirements we recommend.

In the first instance, I can recommend that you complete our basic PC troubleshooting steps, as these steps are known to eliminate the possibility of any basic / common issues impacting your gameplay experience. Should the crashes persist, you are welcome to create a support case on our website with your MSinfo and DxDiag files attached for us to investigate further.
