Surely you've noticed that the feat is a joke, because of the changes YOU made. You ruined the feat, completely butchered it, now you're refusing to balance it. It doesn't take long to change the numbers on it. Please get your act together.
Just don't use it blindly and it's max damage is 600 which is enough for taking out someone in revenge, it can get a buff to hide it at the start for at least 100ms when you use it.
