Weren't they supposed to be live like 3 hours ago? what happened? the game updated but no rework yet

I'm kinda confused as to why the testing grounds is over today and yet none of the changes made it to the mid season patch....so are the testing grounds another ubi thing where they collect feedback and then make the changes half a year later or is there gonna be another patch soon?

They clearly said theh would get feedback, then compare and process it. Testing just ended. So now they are processing it. Of course it's not out yet.
