Game won't download completely from uplay store

Anyone else have issues with the game stopping downloading just before it's finished then won't fully complete with an error message?

    Hey,

Can you confirm if you're still unable to download the game?

What is the error message you are receiving?

    Same here! :((

    Hi guys,

I been having this issue as well!

The message i get is: " Download failed. Please check that you have an active connection to the internet and sufficient space on your hard drive, then click retry to start the download again, or try again later."

I have tried to reinstall it, i have tried to locate installed game (got another error with that).

I dont think its the hard drive space issue and defs not the internet connection issue (I can play ANNO 1800)..

please help anyone? i dont think ubisoft support knows why - they told me to speak to my internet provider.. and haven't got back to me since..

    Thank you..

Hi ddaholybanana, could you please try running Uplay as an administrator. to do this, go to the installation directory.

    By default the location is:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher
    1. Right click Uplay.exe
    2. Select properties
    3. Switch to the compatibility tab and tick run this program as an administrator.
    4. Click Apply and then OK

    Then try the game again

Hey there! Been having the same issue for a few days. Tried this, with no luck. I've also just done a complete wipe and reinstall of Uplay and Division 2. Still have the same error message at 50.87GB/50.88GB.

I have installed them both to the same storage drive. I'm at a bit of a loss. Any tips?

Hey, I tried everything, reinstalling, fresh boots, reinstall windows and uplay on a empty hard drive.
For some reason I thought I would connect to my VPN and then retry. Completed straight away and can now play for the first time since update.

Good luck this was so damn frustrating.

Hey, I'm still having the same issues and I've tried everything that's been posted. The only experience I've had with this game is retrying levels over and over on release and being booted, then I started to get this download issue and I haven't been able to access the game since.

Pity because it didn't seem too bad.
    Any updates on this issue?

One thing that I noticed whenever I've had this issue was that I would be trying to download and install to a drive other than C:. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes not.

Download to C:, move it, and locate it. Works for me when I have this issue.
