Ok Apparently disabling all my ethernet connections not just the main one worked for me.

I was able to reconnect and play the new tracks.

Wow, just turn off all the cool things you're PC can do that work with every other game out there and it works!

By the way, I turned none of that off and deleted the saves in My Documents (after backing up, of course). And it worked first time.
