Still can't access on PC :|

I just booted on PC and there's a big window to click saying "See release dates here", which opened up a browser window showing the times each platform unlocks, and it said 9am PST for Steam. It's not yet 9am. That's fine, I'll wait, no big deal.

I don't have access and I'm directly on uPlay so I still have a problem.

It was meant to be available in my region 4-5 hours ago.

Able, yes. You are also able to release things that work. Will you though? When? It's good you were so careful in making us wait after the DLC was installed so no one could just use it because they had bought it and it was installed. That'd be crazy. So "careful", that we CAN'T use it when your oh so precious release date/time actually comes around.

All you needed to do was release the DLC. It was more important to keep us from playing it than it was to get us playing it, and now sure enough, we aren't playing it.

Partner and I are also on PC/Uplay and cannot access the DLC we bought and which is supposed to be released for much of the day. Uplay client says we own the DLC. Hitting "Buy" in-game does absolutely nothing at all.

Eight and a half hours late and still not there. What was the point of the update pre-loading again? Just incredible. How hard can it be to publish an update? It can't be as hard as it is for me to hold back very rude language, tell you that for free.

Thanks for providing that update. I knew Ubisoft would be sure to let us know as soon as our purchase could be played.
