I can't get ANY event reward since FRIDAY | Forums

Hi! I'm not the person who usually get desperate when a game have a bug, but today is day 4 and it's not fair.
Since friday i've been able to access to the weekend event 1 time. When it began. The thing was totally blank, and when i closed it up, I couldn't enter to the event anymore. There was no banner in my screen,and I only could see the notifications of my rewards and my team rewards, but can't access to get them.
I re-downloaded the game. I could get some because that white screen let me, but once I closed it, the same thing happened.
I thought this was because of the weekend event, but no, with the normal event of today, it was the same.

Please, do something, because it's not only me. Two friends of mine have the same problem.

Hey Toller,

Today, something on my profile was 'reset' and my game is force restarting in an infinite loop.I receive the error message "Player Profile was changed. The game will restart" and it restarts. Upon loading, I get the same error message ad infinitum. If I am able to get out of the restart loop for a bit, it gives me the 'cannot connect to the server' message.

At this point the game is completely broken for me. User name is W4FFL3ZZ
