    There is ticket and chat support available, so I wouldn't have been able to provide a phone number or a direct e-mail.
    Your support ticket is logged through the website on your account and then redirected to a member of staff that can assist you

    Refunding shouldn't be a problem, but we do ask for your patience during busy times when support might take longer to respond.

    I hope this helps! I apologise if I seemed dismissive in my reply to the player and for not providing the contact options available.

    I will bear this in mind for future queries of the same nature.

    Had no problems with canceling my pre order. Took me about 2 days till i got my money back on my paypalaccount and the uplaycoins back on my uplayaccount. 0 problems.
