Yes, it is considerably too high (and that is quite an unanimous widely shared opinion) and for one simple reason: His kit is designed to access it quite often. He does not follow the common rules of the OOS punishes his entire kit revolves around it. Which is why you absolutely cannot compare it to for example an Orochi's 70 OOS punish that he can get once in a blue moon. Even Cent does not get that much out of eagle's talon's and he doesn't down an opponent as frequent as Jorm.

Sure you have to take into account that as an opponent you get full stam back once being hit and you have frame advantage after the wake up but yet it is still over the top.

You really need to stop with that attitute. DKHGames1138 debates in a fairly manner and makes some really good points. No need of belittling and jumping on a high horse. Just saying that to showcase how you might come across as you mentioned you didn't mean to personally attack anyone with your post.

    Other than that good discussion

I've been saying this for ages; Implement a "Guard" mechanism; a bar below the stamina bar or around the guard stances, whatever. Bashes no longer deal stamina damage but drain your guard. Blocking also drains your guard. Once your guard is depleted, the opponent gets a free GB, or a heavy or something. Viola, you just fixed the turtle meta (as constantly blocking will force you to either try to parry or attack yourself) and the bash meta to a certain extent (as you are now able to attack Jorm without worrying of being OOS because of his broken bashes). Next on the list would be to re-evaluate HA, and to give more chains and soft feints TO ALL HEORES that only have basic boring AF chains. So simple, yet UBI will probably never implement it because they either don't give a damn or lack the competence, and at this point I don't know which is worst...
