Specs: I7 4790k @ 4.4 delidded; 16 GB Ram @ 1866mhz, Evga Rtx 2080ti xc @ 1935mhz gpu clock, SSD only system, win 10 64bit latest version, drivers latest; complete custom watercool loop with 2x 360mm rads.)

Settings: 1: 3440x1440, 100hz, no vsync, AA on Ultra settings (most of) 100% res scale. TEMPORAL INJECTION ON = about 36 - 46 fps
2: 3440x1440, 100hz, no vsync, AA on Ultra settings (most of) 100% res scale. TEMPORAL INJECTION OFF = max 31 fps ! --> WHAT DA **** ?!

There is nearly no difference between a i7 7700k and my 4790k..!! As Ubisoft release the systemrequi. i should be able to run 4k @ ultra easy but even 1440p is a mess.?!

EDIT: the option temporal injection turned on brought me a brutaly pixely and blurry image but higher fps. as i turned it off the image was sharp and better but the fps went down to 30 and below...?!

CPU usage max 50% and the Gpu was max 97%. Changing the setting to very high or ultimate didn change anything, even after a restart.

Yea it runs ok at 1080p. Anything over that goes to hell in a hand-basket. Heck I would be ok with turning down setting but that doesn't even make much difference in this game for some reason.

As for anyone not getting great frames on their Super build, it is simple!
The game is not built for 4K, not yet anyhow.

Maybe after few patches it may get there but as for now it is clear from all the responses.

    i7 2600k @ 4.4
    16gb ddr3
    Gtx1070sc 8gb
    2k res

You may have gotten that cpu back then but your gpu, which is most important here, is not very old.

    i7 4770K @ 4.6 custom loop
Sapphire Nitro+ Vega 64 on air
    16GB Trident X DDR3 @ 2133
    Formula VI board
    35" ROG Ultrawide @ 1440p and Freesync

    Everything on Ultra.
    60 - 70 fps

Game felt good to me in all aspects I experienced. Didn't have any eye strain and never noticed any stutter or lag. Did have some odd animations at times and some missing textures but I attribute that to it being a beta. I will say that the big open world Ubisoft games I tend to get less fps than with others but it's not unplayable. My eyes may not be as sensitive though as others.
Looking forward to putting this Vega 64 under water and matching it with a 3900X when I finish preparing the case. this 4770K has served me well for a long time.

Wow that's awesome. Good fps for 1440p in this game. I'm running a Vega 56 and my fps is all over the place. I have made sure all my driver's are updated but it makes no difference.

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X @4.4 Ghz default boost freq. Air Cooled (but I plan to switch to a liquid)
GPU: ASUS ROG Strix RTX 2070 OC'd - Core @2090Mhz NVIDIA driver ver. 431.60
    RAM: G.Skill Trident Z, OC'd @3400Mhz CL14, 16GB Dual-Channel
MOBO: ASUS ROG Strix X470-F Gaming - BIOS rev. 5007

    Samsung 27'' Freesync Monitor - playing @1440p G.Sync enabled

    Game Graphical settings:
Everything set on Ultra, 16x Temporal AA
Texture, Terrain and Character details are on Ultimate.

FPS is averaging at around 60 FPS, however quite inconsistent...has drops to 45FPS during firefights with increased amount of particle effects.
Compared to AC: Odyssey which is basically using the same engine there's a lot of room for performance optimizations. I have around 90FPS average in Odyssey.

i7 4950 2.5ghz spu, XTU'd to 3.4ghz; 64GB ram, GTX980 8gb, 1tb ssd. 50-60fps 65% cpu, 48%gpu (me thinks the "game ready drivers" from nvidia should smooth things out at launch.... it worked for Wildlands)
