Character cant perform any action except sprint | Forums

My character several times while playing was unable to perform any action such as reloading shooting etc. All i could do is sprint. Problem seemed to happen after killing someone via shooting or melee takedown.

Previously posted problem: workaround, try to fast travel and if that doesn't work quit and restart. That's what I did, and remember it's a beta..

I had the same thing happen, then when I quit the game, it reset me 10 levels back. Tons of gear lost and many explored map regions no longer explored.

Hi SweetFoal834582, thanks for reporting this issue. Can you please try the workaround that AZA-5.56mm suggested, and let me know if it doesn't help?

I’ve had it a couple of times.

Entering deep water still triggers the swim animation/action.
Coming back out of the water, everything should work as intended again.

I also had this issue but with climbing down rocks. Got stuck sliding and couldn't fast travel because I was "traversing".

you can't fast travel when in a (running only) fight ;-)
