You needed to play realistic dominion, when it was on and after the game they gave you the colour palette. I found this on accident and played six games in a row to get the colour for everyone I was playing at the time.

It was part of the Season 5 event. You can't obtain it anymore.

There are two all black color pallettes, can't remember their different whoch is which, one is called apollyon and the other war (one all darkest shade of black, the other two shades and white simbol).

What we said sums up how you had to get them. Honestly I prefer the latest all black one because it was a complete surprise when I got it.
