While I had the TAC-50 equipped, I went into thermal mode and then looked down the scope. As I was looking down the scope the screen started to flash like a strobe light. The image eventually got brighter and brighter making it extremely difficult to play without starting to feel slightly sick. I do have a video of it on my twitter page https://twitter.com/StiggyGaming
I had this bug occur, too. It happened yesterday, similar circumstances. In my situation I had a sniper (it was the SNR "L115A3") with a LR scope (the "T5XI Sight"). I was crawling through grass and then aimed down the sights and held my breath, I then stood up and sprinted. It continued in Standard and Night Vision, It stopped when I opened the Gear menu.
Bug Clip 1 https://1drv.ms/v/s!Auk4nAL-Hc2AgpVmxOV1fa5Q3WTGXA 16 sec - This shows when it started
Bug Clip 2 https://1drv.ms/v/s!Auk4nAL-Hc2AgpVnnT9s-mw710Njgg 23 sec - This shows some time in all Visions while looking around and such
Bug Clip 3 https://1drv.ms/v/s!Auk4nAL-Hc2AgpVo097wkXw_W3u9Yw 15 sec - This is little more and then how I got it to stop
Some extra details in case it may be at all useful, I was just outside of Whitestone Farm near the NW entrance. My character was in all black (guns and gear), I was playing on my Xbox One X (Scorpio Edition) and it was on Sept 6 at roughly 7 P.M. Eastern. xFi ISP (I'm sure that is most likely irrelevant)
It gave me a pretty good headache, never had that happen before.
Hey guys! Thank you for the reports. Have you tried these XB steps to see if it helped at all?
We would specifically like players to report issues where they are unable to progress within the story. We appreciate any reports regarding animation, graphical issues, or audio issues, but these are things to expect within the beta.
Please keep in mind that you have access to a small portion of the game during the beta phase, which is not representative of the final scope or quality of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint.

Here is a video of it.

I'll pass this onto the team - it is a known issue currently under investigation!
