As you do more actions in the World that is Breakpoint, you will tally up skill points. Just plain kills have less Skill Points, completing a mission will give alot more skill points. This game wants you to be constantly checking your Options Screens, Maps, Skill point distribution and class designation, swapping in and out articles of clothing and weapons, looking and putting missions on your hot key Hud,,, etc. It seems half the game is doing such busy work.
