I think it is a terrible feat right now, one a whole faction has access to.

My idea on how to improve it:

1. Remove the stamina drain.
2. Add a longer, brighter blind to all effected targets (3 seconds). On minions, stun them to 3 seconds (stop them from moving and attacking).
3. Make it feed no revenge.

just remove the effect when it hits your own teammate?
