Ubisoft are not going to listen.

So i have commented on some other threads regarding how bad this game is. Wildlands was fantastic - Breakpoint is just a rushed game to make money.

Its time we just accepted that Ubisoft are not going to listen and in my opinion this is why:

    1. If they have to strip out alot of the things people do not like, make the world less empty, add features, it means they have to spend more time on the game... this means months of more pay checks and expenses for the company on paying staff to solve these issues.

    2. It means delaying the game and this does not generate income for the company.

    3. The person heading the project has to then explain to the CEO of ubisoft why there game is delayed thus having to admitt they made mistakes in the content they decided to add...

    4. Sponsers or anyone else that has invested money into Ubisoft for breakpoint will have to be told they will not see a return on the money invested for a longer period of time because the team ****ed up and made a game no one likes .... this could lead to outside sources pulling any future help or investment for future projects.

I Could go on all day about the knock on effect that delaying the game would have for UBISOFT... and thats all they care about.. they would rather release a bad game that 98% of people are disliking to get SOME renevue back.... and then make up some claim that “Consumers didnt appreciate the vision we had, and how hard we worked on it” and pull some **** like that”

They will try to claim despite the forums been full of negative comments that “the loot drop amd gear system was posstivly recieved”

They are due for release in less than One month.... they have NO time to make changes on a massive Scale.... they will LOSE revenue if they delay the game and be forced to pay staff to fix it.

They will release the game as is.... yes glitches and bugs can be fixed but the content will not be changed.

As CONSUMERS if everyone is that unhappy (i know i am) i played the beta for 1 hour and i just couldnt play it anymore its that bad... all we can do is not purchase the game, cancle pre orders and hope the company take a massive financial hit... thus making them think alot more next time.

But Ubisoft are not worried, because they know there game will sell regardless so we have to accept the fact that what we are playing in the Beta (minus bugs and glitches) is basically what we are going to get

    This^^

Not only that, many people listen to the youtube 'influencers' and will be lured into buying it under false pretenses and then there are the people who actually like the direction the game is taking (although I'm not sure they are a majority).

The only way you can stop this crap is by depriving Ubisoft of the only thing they care about … money.

The 'hub' alone is proof that this is all about money, it is the only reason it's there.

They want players to see other players gear, I mean it is one of the most ill conceived things I have ever come across. They spend the first part of the game trying to immerse you in a narrative that involves you being the 'sole survivor' and then you walk into a huge well stocked shopping mall disguised as a cave that is chock full of other 'sole survivors'.

It's very sad, I could provide so many other examples but most of it has been said ad nauseam.

Vote with your wallet, it's the only language these people understand.

    If Ubisoft doesn't start listening

Then I will not touch another game from them especially a Tom Clancy title. They have disrespected the Tom Clancy name with this garbage they keep spewing out, and I sure as hell didn't ask for a loot tier system in a tactical stealth shooter. Two things I ask Ubisoft to do is listen to the fans and stop rushing games and turning them into unplayable garbage.

It's too late to change. I want a new Ghost Recon game... Hopefully this won't be the last or the future.

I've seen a lot of very misleading UBISOFT sponsored videos for this game on Youtube, It's a real shame.

Sadly, that is what gaming is these days.

Greed and avarice at the expense of creativity and integrity.

It does save me a hell of a lot of money though, so it's not all bad

There is actually a lot to like but it's ruined by the poor optimisation and the gear levelling. I was up in the snowy mountain tops last night at it looked fantastic.

I'm rather new to this whole TC and GR stuff, but seeing the opinions of others, this is a disappointment to the entire franchise. Now, I don't want to be put in the light that I have no idea of what the franchise is like. But this game from a newbie standpoint who's new to GR stuff seems alright. Although there are some aspects to be reworked such as the graphics (which my god looks like I'm playing a pixel game), sound quality, ambiance, and overall how things are to be balanced out.

From what I'm seeing, people dislike the level system and I understand that. Maybe the developers can take it out and add more realistic attachments such as FMJ or AP rounds for instance for additional damage but with certain drawbacks to it.

In regards to the graphics, I would think they can polish it a little bit before release. But my main concern is for those who prefer FPS over TPS as the FPS POV is rather.. er.. terrible. The gun looks fake, not enough realistic sight movement, and so on.

We wanted ghost recon, not the division 3?? I was so hyped for this game, and why the hell did they change nomads voice actor? Dude is literally trying to sound like John bernthal. Also the whole hub thing, put it in the bin nobody and I mean nobody wanted this.
