Disappointed, but here is my feedback.

I got to admit that I am really disappointed with Breakpoint. I loved Wildands. I understand it is beta, but there are some issues that need to be addressed that should have been done in Alpha. Starting with the whole plot, layout and execution. Knowing that it is too late to rewrite the entire game, here are my feedback points.

    1. UI is atrocious. There is so much clutter and it is not even close to being user friendly. It is not intuitive at all. From things as small as icons to layout. Even someone who has played Wildlands struggles to figure out what is going on, just image a new player to this franchise. This includes having mission details take up a huge piece of the screen on the top left when the map is open. There should be two toggles. One for map and one for mission details. Not have both up at the same time if you dont want them up. Zooming into and moving around the tacmap is clumsy. The way it worked in Wildlands was much better. Recommend you go back to that. There should be a mini/tact map at the base camp. Right now everyone is running around trying to figure out where to go and what is there. I also had to adjust all sliders to around 30 just to be able to interact with the UI.

    2. Driving is not user friendly at all. Vehicles handle extremely poor. Between the over steer, slow response and camera views, you are constantly trying to adjust what you are doing to the point of losing track of what is going on around you. I actually prefer to just walk around the driving experience is so bad.

    3. Tutorials are seriously lacking. Again, even experienced Wildland vets will stumble around trying to figure out some of the game play, just imagine new players. I still dont know how to use the syringes. There should be an optional training mission prior to deployment. No military unit just jumps onto choppers and flies into combat. They rehearse and practice first. If a player wants to jump straight into the mission, let them. But a Rehearsal mission would greatly benefit everyone in order to learn the new UI, and game mechanics.

    4. There is a lot of clipping from hitboxes and some of the animations look goofy. When trying to run and limp while going up hill and bent over, you look like you are Golem. When you prone cammo, you disappear into the terrain. Blending into a rock just looks stupid.

    5. I was really hoping that helmets and vest and etc.. actually meant something instead of just being a fashion statement. Different levels of vest should offer different protection. Different levels of cammo should offer different levels of stealth.

These are just a few of the issues, but no where near all of them. I plan on playing again tonight and will probably find more issues, it is beta after all.

I agree with all the comments in this thread. Vehicle driving is not fun. Tutorials need to be better. Spent alot of time trying to figure out what all the options mean. still not sure how to tell what the different defense ratings mean with helmets, gloves, boots.

I agree with all points brought up and want to add i do not like the enemy A.I in this at all!
Not only are they not tactical but the animations when you shoot them is plain and boring.
The NPC's really do not react to being hit by the bullets.
This is a issue for me because it takes away the immersion and makes the kills boring and not fun.
I honestly have not had any real fun in this Beta so far
