My Ghost Recon Wildlands game isn't working correctly after newest update. The game is only using about 50 to 70 percent of GPU resorces with vsync on or off, and this causes the game to be a stuttery mess with what ever graphics settings I choose. I've tried everything from configuring Geforece control panel options and reinstalling old drivers, so I know the problem is on the developer end and not my setup.
BTW I am using a Ryzen 2600 and a GTX 1080
It took me AGES to work out what causes this issue, but I have finally worked it out.
I too only got 40-80% utilisation of any system resource.
It's the draw calls; the game has just flat-out not been optimised AT ALL for PC, and is still set up for 30fps operation ONLY on consoles.
The game engine is simply not capable of functioning efficiently above 30fps or above 1080p.
Get a refund if you can and leave a bad review on Metacritic, no doubt Ubisuck will pull this garbage again with Breakpoint.
