Bug - Unable to complete first main mission

Haven't tried replicating this yet, but here's what I did:

    - Created my character and spawned at the burning helicopter

    - Went off to explore instead of doing the main mission, just to see if it would stop me

    - Went to Erewhon without getting a quest objective for it

    - Spoke to the dude in the bed, got an update on the main mission to check out the crash

    - Went back to the crash site at the waypoint where you normally go into a cutscene, nothing happens

    - Can't interact with anything at any of the other crash sites either

So yeah, seems like you can sequence break the very first mission but you basically can't progress the story after that. Will try to replicate it after maintenance.

Tried a few different things to see if I could replicate the bug in a different way:

    - Check all the crash sites, then fast travel to Erewhon, game progresses as usual, works fine.

    - Check only 2 crash sites (including cutscene), then go to Erewhon and talk to Holt, works fine.

    - Check only the first crash site, then go to Erewhon and talk to Holt, you get the quest update to check the cutscene crash site, and the cutscene plays when you get there. Game progresses as usual.

    - Just go straight to Erewhon and talk to Holt, quest update to check cutscene crash site, cutscene plays, game progresses as usual.

The biggest difference between these tests and the save where I bugged the game is that I tried to do the test runs as quickly as possible, whereas I'd spent a few hours worth of play time after talking to Holt before checking the crash site in the bugged save. I did two side missions and a fair bit of exploring in that time, not sure if that affected it somehow. Maybe it broke after a certain amount of in-game time passed? Will check if resting for a long time at a bivouac will break it.
