Before you start throwing tomatoes at me I can't stress that enough that if the game is done right it might work really, really well.... basically having game as service.
- Explore the archipelago with your friends, form a pirate fleet, raid, and pillage, fight other player pirates.
- Explore ancient ruins for treasures
- Lots of customizable features for your ships
- Conquest & influence map for the end game (in a dark zone style)
- Yearly huge expansions with new archipelagos to explore
- Yearly DLC content
It would be lovely if
This game will be a polished game with tons of content like Destiny 2 in its second year and not another For Honor.
A game where you can do PVP and Exploration at any time, without the need to finish a campaign, unlike Division where players were forced to finish the campaign.
This game will have a good engine and can be endlessly updatable with additional content. Please don't let us have to hop from S&B to S&B2 to S&B3 etc.
Kind regards,
No I complete disagree. It would ruin the game. The games as a service is a plague of the industry. It ruins everything it touches. And it’s a model that bleeds consumers for every dime that they have.
It also means that a game can be broken at launch. It also forces devs to drip feed content. Which is horrible in a game that although has multiplayer is supposed to be a single player game.
