    Hallo. I have a problem, this is not my main acc. My main acc is call't Marcusjuhlmunc - and i can get to it, because of the change that we have to text over Email and not over username. in the log - in, so i forget my email. and now i can get to it. i had bought so many games on that acc. please help me.

    I can't even find a way to book a support ticket on there from link above. think that says something about ubisoft - "like please buy our product it hasn't been properly beta tested we just sent it out for money, now we are on to the next game, hay-ho " ... the website is terrible - hard to navigate and find what you need if it involves complaining in anyway - fine if you just want to look at latest games - i.e., nothing for the actual buyers of the games. Such a low blow ubisoft! Oh by way please ubisoft don't say check out our support page ... how about a direct link to an email reply rather than trying to send me to pointless FAqS!

    Still can't submit a question to support via the web site........

    Can the forum manager please pass this on to support as this is not funny!!!!!!

    I have been trying to update AC4 via UPlay but every time I try the download fails with a disk error. I can only play the game offline. Please can you provide a copy of the update or a mirror site to download the update so I can try and use the game fully?

    Why not just put a HUGE button that read's Live Chat, end of story lol.



    I think that is what all ubisoft customers want, is to be able to communicate and interact with live reps on the spot for time efficiency and on the spot support.

    This should be mandatory with any company, I mean come on guys we are hitting 2016 and customers and priority "CE"? consumer engagement; its nice to have that but live is a better experience for all.


    Why do we have to ask a question and pray that the button would appear and click chat now ? it should be there all the time and separately; put work times for all we care but all we ask is we need you as much as you need our benjamin franklin's.

    Worst support ever available

    I can not get in contact with a single representative. After spending the 100$ for the game my beta key was sent tO the wrong email and every option they've given me has not worked. I need my key sent to my primary Microsoft account can anyone help
