does anyone know if there is a support email address or live chat support for Ubisoft/YS:FE? If so, what is it? I can't seem to find a way to talk with tech support on the support site except for submitting a question to the FAQ.
for the past three days the game will not save my daily stats in-game and it's also not adding the calories to my overall calorie count. Not that big of deal, but i'd like to get this issue resolved if possible.

Best way to get a hold of tech support is through Ubisoft Support:

There, you can request a support ticket and someone will get back with you. There is also a page that explains where to go when navigating the Support page:

Other than that, I can assure you that your issue has been noted and reported on.

Yes, that's what I used when I reported my problem. I have since added more information to "My Question" to try and make it more clear.
I've received another response on "my question" and I now feel satisfied that my problem has been understood, and will hopefully be corrected at some point.

I am wating for 7 days for an answer from support.ubi.com
18th of januari I asked support to change my country from US to The Netherlands. That was done within a day.
But after that somethings got mixed up and someone elses name is displayed next to my points in my countries leaderboard instead of mine. I have pointed support on that including Names and printscreens. I have a two tickets about issues now that including the printscreens etc. But there was no human response until now on that ticket.
What options do I have left?

I only got one reaction after my country was changed in my profile from someone called Jason after sending the first call . He said that my profile was adjusted. I commented that it was not solved because of the leaderboard thing. Without any reaction the status became solved.
So I sent in another call. There was no reaction, the only thing I could see that the status went to solved ('duplicate case' was added by somebody in de subject). So I sent in another call stating it was def. not solved. There was no reaction at all. Just status changing from updated (after I added something) to hold.
First I noticed there was one player in the Dutch Leaderboard called Gerdien that had the same score as I had. I noticed that her score increased every time I had played. After a couple of times I found out it was my score because the score kept the same. Also Gerdien is a girls name but the sexe symbol behind the name was a male symbol!
I added this info to my call but got no reaction. But the next time I played I saw another Gerdien appearing in the Dutch leaderboard also with a male symbol. Only one Gerdien kept the same score as I have, the other stayed the same. I got the feeling somebody did something to this record. You will notice that there are two people called Gerdien in the Dutch leaderboard with male symbols.
Yesterday I scored about 800cals so my 'alterego' Gerdien went to the 15th place on the leaderboard.
But still no message from support!
My feeling says the only there is to do is change the name of Gerdien with the same score as I have to the name GrolschDude in the Dutch leaderboard? I hope you can help. Thanks in advance!
