Hey guys,

I have been a HUGE Ghost Recon fan for a long time…from the days of PC only. And even hyped the game so much later for consoles that Red Storm (if I remember correctly) sent me my very own ghost recon face plate for my xbox.

But I’m really on the fence on with break-point. Mainly because I did not care for driving side of things in the last game. It just felt ridiculous to me to be honest. The game just did not take itself serious enough for my liking and if I was to be honest it felt almost GTA in that you were always traveling around and whatnot. On top of that there was no PVP originally when it came out so for me the game was a bust.

But that said once again I’m interested and have hope that maybe this one will change my mind.

Questions….especially for those who have gotten hands on:

1. How does the PVP feel to you and do snipers rule the game?
2. Is it possible to center your body camera or is it always to the side?
3. I play at 1440p on PC (Vega 56, Ryzen 1600x, 16gb ram) What should I expect for frame rate. I know the last one was pretty rough with performance, I played it on a PS4 pro so I don’t know exactly.
4. Is there a way to skip the vehicle stuff in the single player. I heard that there was a quick travel option though I don’t remember seeing it.
5. If you have played it yourself, would you say this one is superior?

The PvP is unavailable in Beta for now.

You can change left or right side with middle mouse button plus there is iron sight mode for weapon.

I have almost the same machine only videocard is worse (RX580) but better CPU (Ryzen 5 2600) and if I wasn't streaming I would have played 1080p and High Settings. Actually, I started on this settings and it worked well. Actually, I have invite for PC beta - I can give it to you and you will look by yourself. If you interesed - add me as a friend in Uplay and send me a message. I will give you access to the Beta for free, but it will work only on PC.

3. Frame rate is really dependent on the totality of your GFX settings, so I can't really say what frame rate range you should expect. My GRB BETA PC experience so far:

I'm averaging low to mid 70s (as measured by FRAPS) @ 2K rez @ 144Hz (27" G Sync display) @ Ultra settings; DOF turned off, AF set to 8x. GRB looks great and is running quite smoothly for me.

i7 8700K OCed to 4.7GHz on Turbo
240mm AIO with 4 120mm fans
ASUS Z370H MB
32GB DDR4 3000 RAM
ASUS RTX 2080Ti (stock clocks)

Well you're card is about 90% faster than mine....hard to compare.

The beta was shockingly bad. It's got more bugs than any beta should, it looks and runs terribly, and none of what I played was fun.

Beta do Ghost rodando normalmente aqui, apenas pequenos bugs de textura mas nada que atrapalhe o desenvolvimento do game!
