    I am also having trouble to remove my CC info.
    The FAQ/Help and chat is either useless, no cc category, or the chat has no respond at all.

    Any advise, thanks.

    Hey there, ssddsquare! I checked our system and see that you were able to make a ticket and that Ubi-Elite responded earlier today. If your credit card isn't listed then it sounds like it's been removed already. However, as you replied to your ticket with this information, please allow extra time for the agent to get back in touch with you. Since they are part of the Store team, they will be able to assist best!
