Yes, thats obvious...its just a guideline, of course UBI soft would adjust the final numbers but those are pretty realistic based on the percentages given out to other perks on armor/weapons/modes, etc.

Well I would think its going to be some sort of skill specialist tree. Having some of those RCC or a robot dog would be cool.

Tactical tomahawk. Would settle for a machete.

    Bounty Hunter-

Bolt action, silenced sniper rifle that does minimal to no damage but instead launches 3 different projectile darts into an enemy.

    1. A tracking dart attaches itself to an enemy and can be tracked by the aid of either a drone or pulse. Dart duration lasts as long as the life of the used skill and high pulse skill power would add additional time to the duration of pulse. Could be countered in PVP if attacked player has high enough natural armor (armor % gear attributes wouldn't count).

    2. A poison dart that injects a serum that infects the enemies neurological system and creates him/her to become disoriented with blurred vision. Could be used in the DZ against rogues or manhunts and the poison wears off after the rogue timer has been cleared or when a manhunt is cleared. Could be countered if attacked player has high enough hazard protection or health on kill attributes.

    3. An EMP dart that would prevent NPCs and DZ PVP players from using their skills. Can be countered with a defender drone, the timer minimized with healing seeker mine or if attacked player has high enough skill power to become immune to it's effects.

I want a DZ specialization where there exists a X% chance of becoming a Hunter with all the attendant Hunter skills and specializations when I toggle Rogue.

So, instead of becoming Rogue I become a Hunter.

    That’ll be fun as hell!

    Brawler-

A choice of melee weapon taking the place of the pistol slot. Same swinging action and for in your face close range encounters. 3 to 4 swings of the weapon allowed per usage. Median skill power must be met and the use of a shield in a skill slot as well. Special ammo based.

    1. Bladed weapon where damage is sufficient but output is taken over time. If the attacker has increased bleed damage talents, the timed output damage is more instantaneous based according the players % total. Can be countered with high natural health and armor combination (health and armor % does not count).

    2. Blunted weapon where damage is more profound and the output is more instantaneous and increased based on the % of blinding talents. Can be counteres with high natural health and armor combination (health and armor % does not count).

Maybe after the Manhunt clock reaches a specific number you can become a Hunter and after the morph, for every Division agent you kill, you collect their watch. There could be a commendation for the amount of watches collected and once achieved, you are rewarded with not only a special patch (animated patch) but are also rewarded with a special hunter mask. In fact they could have a whole new apparel set specific for this and it would be animated. The top would have a collection of watches wrapped around the chest from one shoulder to the opposing waist and the watches would all be lit up orange and the mask would animated. Only the wearer could see the animation unless you were pulses by someone with really high skill power and an orange bullseye would light up on the forehead.

aside from the battle type specializations..
would be kind of nice to have some more exploratory type of specialization...

    maybe like an expert scavenger....?
    doubles craft mat drops buff....

I usually like a farming spec to help build up my alts...
maybe if such a specialization were to be created..they could do a really cool "scavenger research" type thing like how they did it for gunner...and have some cool mini-side missions or objectives that get you running around the map/city in all the nooks and crannies we do not usually explore...

Just more of a fun type aspect to the game.. I think they could do more w the game in this end bc it's the breakdown of society as we know it.. and these different groups and factions are taking ownership of the different territories.. and there is no currency system.. so where is the bartering and scavenging...?.. that's what I would like to have... how else do these factions keep a hold of their control points..etc...

of the choices you list for the poll... well not really settled on any of them tbh... personally i want a drone that does flame.. and a shield that I can add a shock to so I can melee rush enemies to shock them... if not the shield.. then a baton or some sort of blunt instrument I can smash things with (similar to the hyena melee brutes)...
sometimes I just amuse myself thinking you could combine the attack dog with a flame thrower too.. haha.. but that would be ridiculous..
