As my Title says, I cannot try out Uplay+ as Puerto Rico does not have a UBi digital store and we cannot use the US digital store, as every time I try to accept the free trial it says I do not belong to that region and it tells me to go back to my store or stay in the US store.
This seriously baffles me, as a consumer and as an American Citizen, I am not amused a single bit. Guess I'm screwed out of Uplay+ and so are the rest of my friends. Also, I want to clarify that at no point Ubisoft stated that Uplay+ was going to be restricted to specific regions, the fact that they allowed everyone from every region to sign up for the testing of the service shows the incompetence that they have over there at Ubisoft.
This is so ridiculous. I'm in the same boat as you living here in Puerto Rico. I HATE when they do this as it has happened other places as well. However, I don't have any issues with Ubisoft's competitors (Origin, Xbox Game Pass, Steam, etc). Way to just lump us in as international when we are part of the United States. I speak 2 languages, and neither is Portuguese.

I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to get onto the Uplay+ trial.
Currently, Puerto Rico is not in the list of eligible territories for Uplay+. This is something that may be made available in the future, but at this current time, is not possible.

this all started when that Ubisoft + started. I'm thinking that because for some reason Puerto Rico is not elegible "even thou we are part of the US", this is the reason we we're moved out of the US Store. this didn't happen before and had no problem buying from US store years before all this. now hey have no idea how to include us in the US store without alowwing us to participate from the + service. if you look at the list of excluded countries the whole of south america is in there. so all they did was put us in that region. it's whats easiest for them.
