well good to know i will never subscribe to this service again
not worth the 7 tabs i have open to try to figure this **** out
a person shouldn't have to submit a case just to cancel a subscription
if ur gonna be shady, at least put a message before subscribing saying
HEY , you will literally have to contact us just to cancel

As kindly mentioned by my colleague, there should be a cancellation button for everyone. In order to cancel you will need to perform the following steps:
• Open the My Subscription page on the Ubisoft Store.
• Select Cancel Membership.
• Choose Yes to confirm your cancellation.
