    Trying to cancel my UPLAY+ sub but when i hit cancel subcription and when i say i still want to cancel it says "You will be able to cancel your UPLAY+ subscription within 30 minutes of processing your order." , but its been well over 30 minutes and literally nothing is working. Please fix.

    i cant seem to cancel my uplay plus subscription

    uplay plus just charged me 14.99 for a subscription i was told was canceled i canceled it because currently i cannot afford it and now im in the red due to it i did not want this month i tried multiple time to unsubscribe without being charged and i posted on this forum to say that it didnt seem to work i need this fixed immediately please and thank you

    I also got charged while I tried to cancel subscription

    Button to cancel didnt work, polish support refused to refund even if I didnt use any ubisoft services just to make sure noone will complain that i used it

    My says in uplay is active, but if i go in account info says cancelled, and today received a request of payment from ubisoft....SERIOUSLY FIX THIS ******* THING ONCE FOR ALL, IS STARTING TO GET PATHETIC AND LOSING INTEREST IN THIS COMPANY FOR EVER!!!!

    I can't cancel my subscription because the button to cancel isn't on the screen
    Not on the website store.ubi.com or in the uplay application

    Mine was not deleted and i was totally yelling.
    Anyway i wanted to update my post by saying that after opening a ticket and leaving a message on twitter, ubisoft is following my case and now my subsciption state changed to "expired".
    Payment status now is "subscription cancelled".
    So it seems is ok now, but i will check tomorrow if still have payment requests or not.

    This is some really really slimy business! Its 2019, there is no excuse for what amounts to an intentionally difficult/impossible processes by which to cancel service. This is CLEARLY part of your business strategy. Terrible.
