uplay plus just charged me 14.99 for a subscription i was told was canceled i canceled it because currently i cannot afford it and now im in the red due to it i did not want this month i tried multiple time to unsubscribe without being charged and i posted on this forum to say that it didnt seem to work i need this fixed immediately please and thank you

Button to cancel didnt work, polish support refused to refund even if I didnt use any ubisoft services just to make sure noone will complain that i used it

Anyway i wanted to update my post by saying that after opening a ticket and leaving a message on twitter, ubisoft is following my case and now my subsciption state changed to "expired".
Payment status now is "subscription cancelled".
So it seems is ok now, but i will check tomorrow if still have payment requests or not.
