I managed to cancel my free trial Uplay+ subscription by opening Uplay through my browser. Before that I tried both the store page and Uplay app page, but it didn't work because the pages are buggy, so hitting "Yes, Cancel My Subscription" even a lot of time most likely won't work, you could try to download the page again, but it didn't work for me either. But Uplay page in my browser worked, when I opened it again after some tries, the notification with "We are sorry that you leaving" appeared, and afterwards, I checked my Uplay app, specifically, My Order part, where it shows whether you have active or cancelled subscribtion to Uplay+, and now it shows that my Status is "Cancelled - Active Until 30/09 Active". You most likely need to have the same status, if you have a free trial.
P.S. Sorry for my english, I hope it will help people who have got the problem cancelling Uplay+ subscription.
