Not only was my subscription suspended because it was not possible to verify the payment despite the fact that, as explained in the previous post, the money was still withdrawn from Ubisoft with a lot of confirmation via email, and by deciding to cancel my monthly subscription, i also have problems because nowhere i can do it.
However, i hope that this problem will be resolved as soon as possible also because i cannot even open a ticket due to the COVID-19 emergency and the many requests for assistance in the queue.

M837: I located your case and I can see that a cancellation will be effective on 12/22/2020.

Vondragon86: Suspended accounts can occur if the payment failed. When reviewing your account, I can see the failed payments. Since you were charged, but did not receive a Subscription, you should receive a refund within 7-10 business days from the purchase date. However, I am very sorry that this has happened! Also, please try updating your payment information and check out our site here. In addition, make sure you are not using a VPN when making the payment.
guys you make big f.. game but your not able to do a unsubscribe button i try to unsubscribe for a month and all i get is an empty page and i see the problem go back to 2019

In my account, when i click on the unsubscribe button (ABONNEMENT KÜNDIGEN that routes to https://store.ubi.com/at/uplayplus/cancel) i land on the store homepage, the account remains active. I wrote a support ticket 3 days ago, no response yet.

I was unable to cancel the subscription on the English cancel webpage, because after clicking to unsubscribe, there was no confirmation button afterwards each time. While following the Ubisoft link to the cancel the subscription in the French language, it was possible to cancel succesfully. Received a confirmation email.

Like the title says , can't add any type of payment keep saying payment accepted then that the uplay sub will be activated in 2 hours really? , and then nothing happens, cant even cancel the sub so i cant renew it that way, can you get your **** together ubisoft seriously, this is just sad at this point.
