    You know what i'm completely done with this

    Here's what is happening:

    Uplay+: Launched
    Working? Not
    Billed me? Yes, multiple times
    What i got? a 404 error multiple times
    Did i told you the issue? Multiple times
    Got an answer? No. (Not a single reply here, nor twitter or mail, literally i feel like yall dont care)
    Do yall care? Probably not.
    Feel ignored? Yes
    Do i even want to be a subscriber after this? No way

    Just release my money from 'on hold' and leave each other alone i'm not trying anything again just to get charged. This is just hilarious. The only game i play is Siege which is full of DDOSers, glitchers and a lot of other things. Can't even play a normal ranked match these days. I feel like you guys just don't give a flying f***k.

    mhhhmm, how about not charging **** at all? Like other services?
    Temporary of course.. why does it charges mutliple times? why am i not a subscriber then? what is the 404 error? i cant read anything about 404 errors. Oh and after that i ended up on a full french site then i cant do anything. I havent found anything about this issue.

    It's not so you're not helping at all.. So stop pretending that things are working for people when it's not. Thank you.
    They say the issues are resolved, they are not. You can try with the website, that still gives the same 404 error.

    So leave the new threats open for Ubisoft to reply with a REAL answer.

    there are 50 threads open already all with an official reply. you people keep opening new threads without checking the forum first. your question has been answered a few times already. in addition to that you keep behaving like children, mistakes happen, they get resolved. sometimes i think you have never worked a day in your life otherwise you would know how it feels like to be on the other side, having multiple people shout at you for no reason WHILE you are trying to fix the problem.

    For No REASON? They charge multiple times full price, it's been a day and still they didnt fix it. Explain me how a company with 1,732 billion net worth, can't fix one thing within 24h? That shame.

    If u can't provide service, just dont do it.

    its nice to take a quote out of context. this is what i wrote. read it again: having multiple people shout at you for no reason WHILE you are trying to fix the problem

    two more things:

    1. noone has been charged.
    2. if you are older than 10 and play videogames more than once a year, you have seen that big releases tend to have problems.

    people crying the loudest when sometnig does not work are the quietest once something works because thats what you people can do best: complain. and thats all you can do.

    1.If someone doesnt have founds on acc b/c of thier "on hold" that still mean that they are taking their money.

    2.It's been more than a full day since they launched uplay+ and still u cant access it, i dont mind waiting 2-3h b/c many ppl want's activate at once but tell me, does EA Origin Access had problems like this? Nope Netflix/Spotify/etc? Nope then explain me how they can't handle this since they knew that there's gonna be a lot of ppl since E3

    Blyyy - the issue is more they have written it is solved.

    Next one says it our faulth and our cards are wrong.

    Next tell me to contact social media support.

    Social media support directs me again to known issue list that says SOLVED.

    I have no failed payment - i have a none working UPLAY app and Webpage giving me a 404 page when trying to pay. And after says I dont live where I live.

    Waggins says it is us and our cards that dont work. But they do work.

    So yes, people get angry.

    And yes I am older than 40 and know there can be problems. Communication is very important And there is a BIG Failure with just that, within their own ranks too.

    you know what the problem is? people acting like their life depends on this. so it does not work right now, so what. you will get your holds back in a few days and everythng will be fine. you people act like ubisoft is spreading the plague. worst of all you will all be gone in a week when eveything works fine, never to be seen until the next time when your FREE game does not work.
    i was very happy when i heard about uplay+ and was looking forward to playing anno 1800. now i can't, bummer. but there thing in life that are far more worse than this.
