So this is what i've come across
although they have stated there is a technical issue, i'm guessing that it's more regional getting it to show up rather than anything else.
as if you go to the Italian ubi store and sign in, anno 1800 gold addition is in the uplay+ list and can be added to library by hovering over it and clicking the option.
this is clearly intended but missing from other regional sites.
it's worth noting, it does also show included with this addition, all the DLC's
don't use a VPN, it's not restricted, i've just checked and it's still there, the link is,
https://store.ubi.com/it/uplayplus/games
if you use Chrome it translates to English, go to the website, log in, and then go to uplay+, you will see ANNO 1800, move your mouse over it and the option to add to library will appear, don't click into the game as the option will not be there.
You are right, it appears in the store if you go there without vpn through the browser. Unfortunately it tells me there is a problema, so it's probably blocked already by uplay and the people in Italy are just very lucky, or you just see this but haven't tried it yourself and it's shown as an error, only the error only comes up if you click the add to library button.
So it's not working for me and I tried in Firefox and Edge.

They fix this "technical reasons" so soon!
Doesn't work anymore.
It's just a Ubi's beautiful mistake.
A mistake that is still there, makes you wonder if it's realy a technical problem considering it's available on the Italian ubi store site and no place else, and the mistake was letting people grab it, but then try and remove it so nobody can get it, sounds more like strategic release than a tech issueOriginally Posted by MoonEyes2k Go to original post
