I am unable to collect any additional grey "worn" tier apparel items from either the store, in the game world or though apparel caches. These "worn" tier clothing items used to appear in random bags/boxes around the map during the 1-30 player level world but have ceased to appear in the world tier 2 and higher map level. Currently I do not own all the "worn" tier items and it seems like I cannot obtain the remaining items I don't have through the current game play.

Anyone able to confirm if they have received worn tier items during world tier 1 and higher game play?
