    DETAILED rep 170+ review Centurion Testing Grounds FEEDBACK

    Hello, UBI, i hope that people responsible for cent rework will read it and this topic will have even slightest impact

    i'll write what cent had, what was changed and tell my suggestions as 57 rep cent and 170+ rep overall

    What cent have now (03.09.2019 before patch)
    TIPS, PUNISHES, TRICKS

    1. After kick you can zone 1 hit(will be blocked if enemy guard is left) 25 dmg
    2. After parry/knee you can kick
    3. OOS (out of stamina) punish, near the wall : heavy(noncharged) + punch charged + eagles talon = 60 dmg
    4. OOS punish side/back throw(hard timings) : light + charged heavy + charged punch + eagles talon = 75 dmg
    5.!!! OOS punish top guard/back throw(VERY hard timings) : heavy(non eagle talon) + charged heavy + charged punch + eagles talon = 90 dmg (youll probably never see those, cuz 1 out of 100 cents know that, but sooo good to perform)
    6. Enemy unlocked : two heavies = 50 dmg
    7. Enemy unlocked : zone = 25x3 = 75 dmg.
    8. GB after light : same as oos near wall
    TRICKY STUFF
    9. Zone after punch, people can block, but they'll never expect that (jump attack with hyperarmor + that trick = 45 damage, good for deadly exchange)
    10. GB after light : throwing any direction smashing kick button = kicks very far (good for cliffs etc)
    WITH T2 ability
    11. punish №5 deals 130 dmg (2 taps + throw + punch)
    12. GB : 2 taps in head + throw = 30 dmg
    13. After parry: knee(10) + kick(10) + light (15) = 35(+ bit stamina) also after kick you can zone for 45 dmg.
    14. (Tricky) GB : 2 taps (20) + throw(10) + kick(10, not guaranteed) + zone = 65 from GB without walls
    15. After parry : knee + heavy softfeint to gb (tricky GB)
    16. When enemy is OOS 4 heavies deal 20 chip damage

    We had a hard hero with very hard timings and punishes, also A LOT of tricky, interesting stuff you could perform. Some even work in a brilliant+ ranked/ Cent was weak, because he did not have "cheap' moves. Like bashes, 400 ms lights etc. But was a VERY Interesting hero to play.
    Sooo... what we have now...:

    1. Completely useless zone. Damage and speed same as light. so why we need it? Every move above with zone are useless
    MS(my suggestion): Zone was always used to finish off the opponent with 25 damage after kick or punch or random zone to catch offguard. In teamfights enormous damage when lock on the furthest enemy. If you want it viable - make 2nd hit nonfeintable, and 3rd feintable and KEEP 25 DAMAGE. Dont destroy that move. 2nd hit is pretty fast, doing zone unpredictable will confuse opponent so he cant parry second hit. And if he will parry - price for 500 ms 25 damage zome.

    2. Punch/Charged Punch . Now you can feint - ok, its good. Tracking on charged heavy - also good. Removing charged punch on a fallen enemy (oos fall) - so wrong. When you hit an enemy that on the ground with charged heavy heavt gets nothing, and vanishes against hyperarmor. Thats the reason NO MORE great timings, interesting punishes and clever positioning on the stage. corner/wall/teammate/flat ground - doesnt matter where you throw an enemy. Every punish finishes with brainless talon for 45 dmg. Before patch those who didnt know how to play cent - instead of learning its class and punishes were using talon for 35 dmg and thats all. But those who practiced for hours in training hard timings for oos punishes - got 60 - 90 dmg (3, 4, 5 examples in tips&tricks). REWARDING punishes for hard timings. Now - brainless 45 damage with NO option. Very very bad.
    MS: Make it possible to charge punch enemy on the ground, and bring back old 35 damage for talon. Now hitting with charged punch way easier, so 35 is best option.


    3. Delay with heavies and lights after throw and parryknee. What is that and why is that?? You want to make an offensive hero, but deadly nerfing his speed and pressure. Everything was so stylish and smooth. Now you cant even do a kick after a knee/parry. NO style, NO interest, NO tricks. All we have is light and punch followup. Again, nobrainer. Warlord, jj have 25 dmg for heavy parry. Who in the world said anything about cents heavy after heavyparry. Anyway - awful decision.
    MS : Bring back old timings after parry. This clumsiness ruins any wish to play cent. Bring back heavies after heavy parry. Those 25 damage dont disturb anyone in for honor world.

    4. Feintable unblocks - good, nothing to complain.

    I Guess thats it. all other changes are good. Still sad that GB after light was removed. It was the best trick ever. You could kick enemy on a far distance, throw on the ground with fast stylish 180 heavy. And most awesome throw with your shoulder, it was beautiful.

    Summary:

    1. Bring back old nonfeintable zone, with old 25 damage
    2. Charged punch should be able to hit enemies that already on the ground.
    3. (with №2) Bring back old 35 damage talon (dont transform cent into brainless yorm 2.0 with game around ground 45-50 dmg hit)
    4. Bring back old smooth fast timings. Its unplayable to see cent cant do anyting except for 50/50 punch . No fast heavy, no tricky kick, no heavy feint into another gb This slowdown ruins everything in cent. It tears cents soul, kills whole his idea.
    5. Bring back heavy hit after heavy parry or knee parry - i dont think i even need to explain. Look at warlord, jj or LAWBRINGER's heavy parry punish.


    Thats it, please, people, responsible for rework, read it. I've been playing since beta, i know game from the inside. Please hear me out and take my thoughts into account.

    I fully agree but speeding up characters and giving them viable 50/50s are their way to go unfortunately. Centurion's foundation is gone and we have to deal with it. They did the same with Shugoki.

    Odd I haven't had an issue beating the crap out of people with him since the testing period and I still don't see how people find him weak or OP in my opinion he's in between the categories and only over the top all or nothing players die easily, defensive players deal damage but aren't in the fight to win.

    Honestly I will laugh when stuff like these posts regardless of weather or not they mean well cause cent to go to shinobi status. I don't see him played outside of dual or brawls now .
