    Unable to interact with game suddenly during play

    I was playing Dominion with a friend, all is fine many games in.

    Suddenly, about 5-10min in a Dominion, my friend gets D/C'd, then 1 minute later, I cannot use my keyboard and mouse to interact with For Honor, unless it is to alt-tab out, keyboard and mouse still worked as normal when out of For Honor.

    Between 3:48pm and until I closed the game (3:57pm) I could not do anything, however, when the timer telling me that I am "inactive" the moment I pressed anything the timer went away.

    I haven't tried playing a match again yet, as took a break from it anyway. This has happened twice this year, once way back in February or March, but I got kicked from the game that time.

    I'm sorry to hear that occurred, that's certainly a strange issue.

    Do you have any other peripherals plugged into the PC? Anything that might be taking control from your K&M?

    When was the last time you saw this, were there any similarities between the two times?

    Hey,

    Happened again just today. I had been in a match and played very well. This was a rematch to that using all but 1 player, replaced by a bot.
    This time, 2 minutes into the game, after killing the 3rd person, I had pressed the tiled (`) key to suggest to my team to head to C. Realising they are heading to C already, immediately after pressing tiled (`) again and pressing W to move forwards and Shift to run, my keyboard became unresponsive, and I was stuck running forwards until killed. My mouse worked only for moving, no buttons worked. Again, I could alt+tab, use the keyboard/mouse normally outside of this.

    Eventually I was kicked out of the match this time, however now have the 'bad boy' cooldown.

    Only similarity was the previous game had me (last time was me and a friend) kicking *** against players.

    Nothing else is plugged in which should take control of my keyboard or mouse.

    I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue.

    Can you try unplugging all USB devices so you only have your mouse and keyboard plugged in (if you have any other devices currently plugged in) then restart your PC and try again.

    If that does not help please try these PC troubleshooting steps.

    If the issue still persists after trying those steps then could you please submit a support ticket and attach your system files (dxdiag and msinfo) and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.
