    Purchase issue

    Hi,

    Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

    I purchased this game last Sunday morning (order number 100845583). Now, a week later, it still isn't in my account.

    I raised a Support ticket the same day (Sunday) and have been told several times that it has been escalated but there has been no update at all (case number 09588049). They won't give me any sort of timescale for a resolution.

    This is absolutely shocking service, I have never experienced an issue this ridiculous when buying a digital copy of a game.

    Has anybody else had issues like this? How long did it take Ubi to resolve them?
