If you want people to keep playing the testing ground, you need to add incentives
Right now there is no reason to play the testing mode if you dont play either glad, cent or warlord. So people are just hopping in, testing for a few games and going back to normal matches. And the testing ground is useless if no-one is actually using it. You need to add something like 20% more xp and steel or something like that. This way more people would be playing the game mode, and that would assist you in getting the data you need. Also give players the option to access the testing mode in customs, so people can actually test, and not just play.
