Ghost Recon Wildlands(very low fps problem after m.2 ssd install)

Hello, Ladies and Gents so i purchased a Samsung 970 evo plus 500gb (NVMe M.2) and installed it yesterday afternoon had it all setup everything was golden, Then i copyed GRW over from my old ssd to the new drive and this is were my problem starts first with my fps going from 60-80fps to 30-50. After trying some solutions to no avail i posted on the forum and after some chats i realized i had installed my M.2 in my 2_2 slot instead of my 2_1 slot now i have switched it over and i am still having the same problem but now its worse i am at 10 fps in menus and around 30 fps locked in game.

List of thing i have tryed today with no positive outcome

    1.Verifyed game files
    2.Reinstalled Uplay
    3.Change graphics/video settings
    4.Updated GPU drivers
    5.Reinstalled GRW
6.Moved the game back to older SSD(Same issue here)
7.Updated all drivers including bios update and chipset update
8.Made sure everything in my bios is as in should be(Default settings)
    9. Tryed three other games that all run as they should no problems
    10. Tested my temps/cpu/gpu usage
    11. Made sure windows 10 is up to date and all setting are correct
12.Tryed all suggestions on Ubi forums removing joypads/peripherals etc

The only thing i have not tryed is removing the new m.2 and seeing if that makes a difference.
    Please can you guys help

Hey did you get any help with this by chance? I am having a similar issue. Game FPS drops regularly every few minutes from 50-60 to 30-40 for no reason. Sounds similar to what you have. On SSD as well.

Similar problems with Ghost Recon Wildlands PC

I've been having what appears to be low FPS at times but even more so background stutter when driving, texture fade to low poly on road surfaces, long game startup etc. I have installed the game on my SSD(crystaldisk checked - no performance loss. Ran all hardware monitoring, (Also CPU-Z) no 100%CPU or excessive RAM usage. Uninstalled the game put it on my 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM, still the same issues. Tried all settings, resolution scaling trick, no V-SYNC, no G-SYNC in Nvidia Control Panel, 60Hz, 75Hz, 144Hz(have a 144Hz Monitor) Nothing, same results. All firewall permissions checked yes, (no viruses, no malware). I'm at wit's end. I have the Xone version and that works fine, so apparently PC versions are under attack(of not being optimized either from Nvidia or Microsoft)

Windows 10 1903 with all updates installed
Ryzen 5 1600 (stock clocked) 3.2GHz (Stock Cooler)
    16GB T-Force Delta R Memory (3000Mhz)
512GB 3D TLC SSD (No Disk Optimization)
    2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
    ASRock B450M Pro4 Motherboard
500W EVGA 80plus Bronze Power Supply
Uphere cooling fans 120mm 3 pull front
    1 120mm rear exhaust push

If anyone has an answer I'd enjoy hearing it?

Hi guys Have you tried doing a fresh install of the graphics drivers

    To do this:
    1. Completely uninstall the graphics drivers, there are steps to do so here.
    2. Reinstall the drivers fresh from the Nvidia Website.

Once you have done that please try the game again.
