EDIT: Oh man I didn't realize how old this thread is. lol. Well I manually deleted the game, but had to restart my PC since it kept telling me it couldn't delete the files as they were in use. I suppose i could try a different drive, but not sure how well that would work. I'm using a SSD now and all my games are on it. This just happened today so something got corrupted. I might be able to manually uninstall the files but I'm not even sure where to begin to clean up the registry, etc.. I guess I'll see what kind of response I get from support to my ticket. But in the end I'm going out on a limb and saying I'm done with Div 2.
if you want to clean unwanted pieces from uninstalled programs that are left behind take a look at this programhttps://privazer.com/en/

i use this program myself and it frees up hd space cleans the left behind ****

Thanks for the suggestions. In the end it was necessary to restart my PC and manually delete the entire Div 2 directory. (I had to restart since when ever I tried to delete windows kept telling me the file was in use.) Then I did a reinstall and got it running again. So aside from losing the time to do two re-install/downloads I was able to get back up running.

    Thanks again
