    Bought this game on sale and it seemed to be working fine for a few days. Recently been having escalating issues. First I got black screens popping in and out on the opening logos which didn't bother me much because of logos. Then the game just crashes for no clear reason sending me back to the desktop. Now game crashes my whole PC making me restart this. The funny thing is that I've submitted support ticket and per their indication I've been disabling windows processes to narrow down what the issue is but it seem to make no difference.

    I've also close down ALL other applications from simple background programs to web browser. I've verified the game files on various occasions and even re-download the game and installed to no avail. I am running the game on 1440p resolution on high settings. Computer does not stutter when playing so I don't know at which point game decide to kill itself. This really sucks because I stopped playing Ghost Recon Wildlands because I got the spawning bug when playing with a friend that we could not find a solution for and now this. Ubisoft is really letting me down on games on the PC. Oh and FYI got the latest drivers on everything.

    GTX 1080
    32Gb of RAM
    1Tb M.2 SSD

    I AM REALLY TIRED THIS **** after this new TU6 update I cant play this game at all ... all the time game is freezes,stuttering and crash to the destop ... no error no messages ? I contacted ubi support and they tell me that I have to run the official Windows file checker I did this and this says:Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation and this is ********...this is not related on game. MY other games running fine and not crashing on the desktop.I just buyed new COD and this game running smooth. I updated my videocard drivers latest 441.12 and uninstalled game .. updated DirectX and nothing GAME JUST AGAIN CRASHED ON THE DESKTOP. PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME WHAT WAS BEFORE THIS UPDATE. what I MUST DO YET ?????

    So I tried on DX11 and the this I was not kicked out of the game, but insted the same mission just bugged out

    Cloud not loot or talk to the guy that I had to safe and so on.

    I think this game has to be the most bugged game I have ever played, too bad.

    Support started repeating the same things I should be checking over and over they don't bother reading over what I tried. At this point I just want to get a refund.

    This game seemed to completely wreck my system stability to the point where I had to reset windows 10.

    I would have CTD's where the game would stutter briefly then switch to window mode then crash. These crashes became worse when the game would freeze, locking up my system, screen going black then losing signal and the PC having to be restarted using the power/reset buttons. Eventually whatever this game was doing, along with multiple resets led to random BSODS either whilst gaming and eventually even when starting another game.

    Thinking this was an issue with my 2070 Super I've had a LOT of contact with NVIDIA customer care but it seems increasingly unlikely that this is the problem as the system was stable in its current config prior to the issues with the division 2 and before that was rock solid stable in my previous config for months.

    I suspect the division 2 has a problem with ram and/or pagefile usage or I may be way off. It seems quite a few people have had similar issues here.

    My specs

    Ryzen 5 3600 (stock settings)
    NVIDIA RTX 2070s (stock settings)
    Asus Strix b350-f gaming MB
    Corsair LPX DDR4 3200 (DOCP) Ran 4 passes of memtest86 and 2 passes of windows 10 memory diagnostic with no errors, also tested the game with DOCP disabled with no effect.
    Samsung 970evo 1tb NVME SSD
    Seagate 2tb 7200 HDD

    I haven't reinstalled the division 2 since resetting my system but I would like to finish the campaign at some point!

    this game do not support ppl who have any problem in game, if you send ticket you get copy-paste answer and in the end you do not get anything.
    First problem i got in game did not have any help just copy-paste,
    second problem is that big that i cant play game (cant connect to server,clan is offline.....)
    and all i get form support is to read forum

    HI like you I been having the same problem. I have reinstalled the game 8 times and each time it does something different like the one time it would freeze up and crash and when I would restart it it would take me back to the point where it crashed. Like you I have asked for a refund but all get is the run around. I have told them that I don't have any problems with any other tom Clancy game I have breaking point and I can play that with no problems . I paid 59.00 + 39.95 for the 1year pass. I had my computer check by tech support by remote control the maker of my computer which is cybertron . I have also up dated all my drivers and it still crashes. Have you resolved your problem.

    Yeah after reading these comments it's clear the game still hasn't been fixed. I wont be reinstalling it or purchasing any more Ubisoft games until they acknowledge how broken this game is and confirm DEFINITIVELY that it has been fixed.
