Me as BP, a hito, and another BP were ganking a raider at his home zone. The raider was low on HP and decided to use his revenge. Both myself and the other BP had the same plan and used oath breaker. I know mine was used as it was on cool down but I don't know if the other bps stack on mine or if his just didn't get used or if one of us just wasted our oathbreaker?

I think it does not stack. His removed all shields and locked him from getting a shield for 10 seconds. He basically wasted it.
