I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this but ever since the latest patch I've run into some severe server issues. Everywhere from insanely fast characters (I fought a Tiandi today that was so laggy that his indicators were showing for less than 100 ms, if at all, and that would get hit, and sometimes even die, on my screen only to roll back, parrying or blocking my attacks), to huge packet loss and piss poor performance that caused everyone to jitter around and get disconnected.

I'd love to know if it's an issue everyone is experiencing or if it is just me.

For the record, I've experienced those problems particularly in Dominion as I don't play the other game modes that much. Besides, I've also been hearing a lot of streamers and youtubers complaining about the servers' state.
