Let just say after the patch deflecting with his second dodge seems bugged(when i should do a deflect the character just take the hit even though it is a perfect timing(when the attack about to hit i dodge and my character do the dodge too to the direction of the attack come from)but it hits me, is it getting a nerf or is it a bug and i have a latency of 38), also this is for other characters too but sometimes they don't do a deflect and sometimes they do.

The majority of the move sets for the Shinobi barely work after Patch 2.11 and the deflect became glitchy after the patch as well.
Currently, the only viable strategy in Dominion is to gank preoccupied opponents and to avoid 1on1 fights since the Shinobi has become so weak and unusable.
The Kick gives opponents an easy interrupt for a follow-up attack because it is too slow.
The Double Dash gives opponents an easy Guard Break for a follow-up attack.
The Ranged GB gives opponents an easy counter for a follow-up attack.
The Ranged Heavy gives opponents an easy parry for stamina drain and follow-up attack.
The Slide Tackle gives opponents an easy dodge for a follow-up attack.
The Top Heavy gives opponents an easy parry for a follow-up attack.
The Backflip gives opponents an easy counter-attack because it doesn't create enough space.
The Deflect gives opponents an easy hit because it is bugged and unreliable.
The only attack that is still worth anything is the Double Light, which is very weak when you consider the fact that Shinobi is immediately vulnerable to a counter-attack after the second strike because of the time delay between his attacks. Sickle Rain can't even land without a successful Ranged GB and even when it does land there is a 90% chance that it's going to get interrupted by an ally or an enemy.
The Shinobi is maxed out at only two consecutive hits while most other heroes have consecutive combos that provide them with 3 to 6 consecutive hits before they are opened up to an immediate counter attack. This is not balanced.
The Shinobi has no sustainable offense, he has no effective defense, and he completely lacks any kind of dodge attack. The Kick can no longer be used as an evasive strike because every opponent is able to land their hit first. I hope that Ubisoft examines this hero more closely because the Shinobi clearly has a whole lot of useless move sets at this point.
The Shinobi doesn't have a single combo that can compete with other mix-up heroes like Valkyrie, Centurion, Lawbringer, etc. Any hero that can attack more than twice in a row has an upper hand over the Shinobi. Not to mention any hero with a static guard and second wind feat.
