    Uh-oh we were unable to process your payment...

    Today i bought ac odyssey on uplay store. Then i would buy the division 2 gold edition but when i知 tried it the site is replied me: We were unable to process your payment our payment system currently unavailable. Please try again within a few minutes. If the problem occurs more than once, please contact us.
    I tried the shopping with different accounts but i wouldn稚 it. I知 selecting payment method then proceed it. I知 facing with this error.

    this help me to buy
    Solved
    I just bought the division 2, here is solution;
    go to ubisoft store page,
    add to cart you game,
    and go to ubisoft account page,
    delete billing adress in your account,
    then come back store page and click checkout section,
    probably you will see your old adress in checout section, check your city part in your adress,
    and checkout
    that is.

    Usually this does have to do with some part of the payment information being incorrect! Please double check the billing address and the payment information.

    Wow, it Works Just delete billing address and re-new it. and be sure city is selected. thats all. fixed. THanKS alot.

    I tried this workaround and the transaction still spits out.
    UH - OH! WE WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT
    I even tried to use PayPal, which never asks for my login info... this is still a problem. The last time I tried using UPlay or Ubisoft's website I received the same error message. I even called my bank to make sure it wasn't a problem on my end. There's no issue with my card or bank account. The issue appears to be with the store front. What other authorized retailers can I pre-order Breakpoint from, or any other game, besides the ubisoft store? This is beyond frustrating.

Having checked your account, I do see that you were able to acquire Ghost Recon Breakpoint from another retailer - please accept my apologies for the issues you experienced on our store. If they are still ongoing, I would be happy to investigate these further with you.

    Could you tell me a little more about your issues with PayPal, Ut0p1st? Can you for instance tell me whether you are using a credit / debit card via PayPal, or your PayPal balance? What are you trying to purchase, and have you tried using the Ubisoft Store website rather than the Uplay PC launcher, and vice versa?

    Uh-oh we were unable to process your payment

    I tried purchasing rainbow six seige but when i got to the end it said Uh-oh we were unable to process your payment, Our payment system is currently unavailable. What do i do?
