But I disagree with what you said about the kick. The Patch 2.11 Kick is practically useless without hyper armor because it is as slow as a snail, anyone can see it coming from a mile away and get in a free attack without even having to trade blows.
The Kick is utterly reactable and too easy to interrupt. The Shinobi already has plenty of other moves that are insanely easy to punish; such as Gaurd-Breaking the Double Dash, parrying the Ranged Heavy, parrying the Top Heavy, dodging and countering the Slide Tacke, dodging and countering the Kick Mix-Up, and counter breaking the Ranged GB.
Currently the only viable strategy for a Shinobi is to rely on Double Light, parry, and deflect....that's pretty much it since all of his special move sets and mix-ups are complete garbage now.
I can completely dominate Shinobi players in 1v1 even with heroes that I never even used before, all because the nerfed move sets are immeasurably weak, highly telegraphed, utterly predictable, and incredibly vulnerable to heavy punishment.
Reversing the Backflip nerf simply doesn't cut it. There needs to be more balanced changes like what they're doing for the Centurion, instead of just an all-out 100% Nerf Hammer.
